Your right of withdrawal, explained plainly

This page sets out the standard European withdrawal framework that applies to every cosmetics order placed with fnvitalia. It describes your statutory cancellation rights, the time you have to exercise them, and the conditions that apply to returned items.

You may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of the day you, or a person you designate, receive the goods. Notify fnvitalia of your decision through the contact details on our Contact page before that period ends.

Your notice of withdrawal may be sent in any clear written form, such as a letter or email. You do not need to use a specific form, although the wording must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Cosmetic items returned under withdrawal must remain in their original, unopened packaging with the hygienic seal intact. Items that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons, unless the law provides otherwise.
